I've learned to appreciate and look forward to having a cup of tea with a pastry, and I have to say, it's my best resolution yet. This week I'm enjoying freshly baked raspberry white chocolate kefir scones. #sponsored

From the tart raspberries to the sweet white chocolate chips, these scones have it all. Plus, because I used kefir to make them, they're not dry! Nothing is worse than a dry scone and thanks to @lifewaykefir, they’re moist, delicious, and are packed with protein. If you haven't used kefir in your baked goods, what are you waiting for? Trust me, the results are well worth it. Now excuse me while I help myself to another scone.

Raspberry White Chocolate Kefir Scones:
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
6 tbsp butter, cut into small chunks
1/2 cup plain @lifewaykefir
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
1 tbsp kefir for brushing
1 tbsp coarse brown sugar
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp water Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl from flour - baking soda. Add the butter and mix using a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles a coarse meal. Add the kefir and mix until just combined. Fold in the raspberries and white chocolate chips.
3. Shape the dough into a 3/4 inch thick circle and cut into 8 wedges. Arrange the scones on a lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with kefir and sprinkle coarse sugar on top. Bake the scones for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
4. Whisk together the powdered sugar with water until smooth. Drizzle the icing on top of the scones. Enjoy!
